Deputy Managing Director of Azim Group and Audit Manager of Glaxo Bangladesh Ltd. (Now Glaxo SmithKline). ISL is a Private Limited Company registered under companies at 1994 on 10th January 1996 with paid up capital of Tk. 2.5 million. Present paid up capital is Tk. 210.00 million. Island Securities Ltd acquired a membership of Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd in June 2008 (Membership - No 106). It is a family owned company.
