SALAMCRST(cont):As a result, electricity that would have been produced by use of high cost fuel will not be feasible. Under such a situation, the management decided not to produce power at such a high cost and exerted efforts for getting permission to get gas line installation to the project for production of electricity. So, the machineries require further development for consumption of cheap fuel like gas. As development is required, borrowing cost of these machineries has capitalized considering the para 20 to 23 of IAS 23 Borrowing cost.
